Pac 10 Match-Up
Despite a slow start No. 16 Oregon is one of the hottest teams in the country and the Ducks look the keep that trend going Saturday when they host Washington State at 9:15PM ET from Autzen Stadium.
Bet Washington State at Oregon
After a 19-8 loss at Boise State to open the season, the Ducks have won three-straight including back-to-back wins over ranked opponents. Last week, Oregon dominated California, 42-3. Jeremiah Masoli has improved throughout the season to help the Ducks. Masoli has thrown for 632 yards and three touchdowns on the year while also rushing for 166 yards and four touchdowns. LaMichael James has filled in nicely for the suspended LeGarrette Blount. James has rushed for 348 yards and two touchdowns on the season to lead the Oregon rushing attack. On defense, the Ducks have had trouble stopping the run, ranking third to last in the PAC 10 in rushing yards allowed.
Washington State is 1-3 on the year with its lone win coming against Southern Methodist. The Cougars have allowed 131 points on the year and rank last in the conference in points allowed, yards allowed, and passing yards allowed. It doesn’t get much better on offense as Washington State is last in the conference in points scored. The Cougars are led on offense by Marshall Lobbestael, who has thrown for 367 yards and two touchdowns. James Montgomery and Dwight Tardy lead the rushing attack, as each has rushed for over 160 yards with one touchdown.
