Defensively, the Broncos have nine interceptions as a team, which is tied for second most in the nation.

The Aggies of Cal-Davis are 1-2 on the year with a 29-13 win over Western Oregon last week. A 51-0 loss to Fresno State and a 17-10 loss to Montana started the year for UC-Davis. The Aggies have been led by quarterback Greg Denham, who has 775 yards passing with three touchdowns and four interceptions. The Aggies haven’t run the ball well, with Joe Trombetta leading the team with 106 yards in three games. Chris Carter leads Cal-Davis in receiving with 33 catches for 308 yards.
