Virginia on defense, holding the Cavaliers to 177 yards of offense. The Horned Frogs forced two turnovers and had eight sacks in the win. TCU actually led 30-0 but allowed a few late scores. Ross Evans kicked three field goals in the win while Andy Dalton threw for 177 yards and a touchdown. TCU rushed for over 200 yards as a team, but spread the wealth amongst nine ball carriers. Joseph Turner led the Frogs in rushing with 66 yards and a score on 10 carries. The Horned Frogs are looking for their sixth 10-win season under coach Gary Patterson this season.
