Western Conference Game 1 Props
(TheSpread) – Game 1 of the 2011 Western Conference Finals takes place on Tuesday night. Here is a look at the prop odds for tonight’s game with the Dallas Mavericks and Oklahoma City Thunder.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book SBGGLOBAL.com the Mavericks are the favorites to both win the series (-220) and tonight’s game (-6), but there are plenty of prop odds to consider for the contest.
Dallas star, Dirk Nowitzki, has been given over/under odds of 26 points for tonight’s contest. Nowitzki is averaging 26.5 points per game through 10 playoff games. The Mavericks forward has been shooting the lights out, shooting .497 from the field and .600 from 3-point land. Nowitzki only played full minutes in one of three meetings with Oklahoma City this season, and he scored 34 points in that contest on 9-of-15 shooting.
For Oklahoma City start forward, Kevin Durant, has over/under odds of 39 for total points, rebounds, and assists combined. Durant is averaging 28.9 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game in the playoffs. That total is right at 38.8. In three meetings with Dallas this season, he has only went over that 39 total just once, when he had 32 points, 11 rebounds, and five assists at home back on Nov. 24. In the other two meetings, he was held to 37 and 33 combined points, rebounds, and assists.
