Zippo 200 at the Glen Odds
WATKINS GLEN, NY (TheSpread) – The NASCAR Nationwide Series has a star-studded field competing in Saturday’s Zippo 200 at the Glen. Here is a look at the odds for this race.
According to oddsmakers, Carl Edwards and Kyle Busch are the favorites to win the race while Kurt Busch has 4/1 odds while Jimmie Johnson has 5/1 odds.
Busch has six wins in 15 Nationwide races this year. He has an average finish of 6.3 and has finished in the top 4 in his last 9 races. He has never won this event.
Edwards has won 5 Nationwide races this year in 21 appearances. His average finish is 8.7. He has placed in the top 5 of his last three races. He has yet to win this race as well.
Busch has not raced in the Nationwide Series this year. He did win this event back in 2006 and he has two wins in his career. His average finish in Nationwide races is 9.7.
Johnson has not competed in the Nationwide Series this year. He has just one win in his Nationwide career, which spans 52 races. It is his first appearance in a Nationwide race since 2008. His average finish in the series is 16.4.
