Atlanta 200 Odds
HAMPTON, GA (TheSpread) – The 2011 Camping World Truck Series kicks off a weekend of racing at Atlanta Motor Speedway as the Atlanta 200 takes place on Friday night.
According to oddsmakers, Kyle Busch is the favorite to win the race with 3/2 odds to win. Other short odds to win are Clint Bowyer (3/1) and Ryan Newman (7/1).
Busch won this race in 2009 and 2008. He has driven in 11 truck races this year and won five of them. His average finish is 6.8 but he has failed to crack the top 20 the last two races.
Bowyer has never won this race, but he does have one win in the three races he has competed in this year. He has placed first or second in all three races.
Newman is competing in his first truck race on the year. He has only driven in three truck races in his career, winning one of the three. His average finish in the series is 2.5.
