ST. PETERSBUIRG, Fla. (AP) Cody Anderson of the Cleveland Indians has a perfect game through six innings against the Tampa Bay Rays.
Cleveland leads 2-0.
Anderson is making his second major league start. He limited the Rays to six hits over 7 2-3 scoreless innings in his debut at Progressive Field on June 21, but was not involved in the decision of a game the Indians won 1-0.
Anderson has struck out one. He has thrown 70 pitches.
