Will playoff Travis Kelce once again go off against the Bills at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday? Will Josh Allen run wild versus Kansas City in today’s AFC Championship Game? Read on for our Bills vs. Chiefs Same Game Parlay prediction.
Bills vs. Chiefs Leg 1: Travis Kelce over 68.5 Receiving Yards (-113)
Kelce has accomplished many things in his career, perhaps none bigger than dominating the Bills at Arrowhead.
The Kansas City tight end has faced the Bills five times in his career at Arrowhead Stadium, including playoffs. In those five games, he has racked up at least 55 yards receiving. In four of those five games, Kelce had at least 80 yards receiving. He also caught at least six passes in all five games and scored a total of four touchdowns in those five meetings with Buffalo at Arrowhead.
Playoff Travis Kelce emerged again last week for the Chiefs. He went off for 117 yards against the Texans, crushing his receiving yardage total (54.5) in the process. He’s now gone over his receiving yards number in five out of his last nine games.
Bills vs. Chiefs Leg 2: Xavier Worthy over 4.5 Receptions (-148)
The over being juiced heavily will drag down the profits for our SGP, but I like what I like.
Worthy had somewhat of a quiet day against the Texans last Saturday. This is at least compared to how he had been trending entering the playoffs. He fell under in receiving yards at 45 (52.5 total), but he did go over his reception total of 4.5 when he brought in five of Patrick Mahomes’ passes.
With that performance against Houston, the Chiefs’ rookie receiver has now gone over his receptions total in eight consecutive games. This does not include Week 18 against the Broncos when the Chiefs rested most of their starters. The last time Worthy failed to go over his receptions total was November 10 versus the Broncos when he caught just one pass. He also has caught at least five passes in six consecutive games.
Bills vs. Chiefs Leg 3: Josh Allen over 49.5 Rushing Yards (-110)
Allen has gone over his rushing total in five of his last nine games. He split in his first two playoffs, going over his rushing total of 44.5 against the Broncos, but under his total of 48.5 versus the Ravens last Sunday.
Over his past nine games, Allen has averaged 8.1 runs per game and leads the NFL with an 8% scramble rate. He also has 11 touchdowns on 40 designed runs over that span, so if you want to swap this prop out with an anytime touchdown play, I don’t fault you.
Allen has a tendency to run against the Chiefs. He has rushed for 32 or more yards in all eight matchups against Kansas City and its defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo. Allen has double-digit rushing attempts in each of his past six matchups versus the Chiefs, which includes rushing 12 times for 55 yards and a touchdown in Week 11.
