Before we get to our pick for this game, let’s take a look at the latest odds for this matchup.

Oddsmakers from online sports book Sportsbook.com have made the Dolphins a 3.5-point road underdog against the Packers in Week 6. The over/under total for this game is currently 46.5 points.

The Dolphins enter Sunday’s game losers of two in a row. They’ve also failed to cover in their last two games, although they’re 2-0 on the road this year with two covers (at Buffalo and at Minnesota).

The Packers are 3-2 overall this year, but just 2-3 against the spread. They’re 2-0 at home this season and are averaging 31 points per game at Lambeau Field, but they’re just 1-1 against the number.

The Pick:

Green Bay is incredibly banged up, but Aaron Rodgers is expected to play and this may be a game where the Pack come together in order to battle adversity. They’re 3-0-1 against the spread in their last four games in Week 6, while the Dolphins are 1-4 ATS in their last five Week 6 games. Miami is also 1-5 ATS in its last six games when playing on Sunday following a Monday night game, although it should be noted that the Dolphins had a bye last week.

Our pick is the Packers. Their passing game should give the Dolphins trouble and while the injuries to Morgan Burnett, Nick Barnett and Clay Matthews are significant, Dom Capers should put together a solid game plan to take away the Dolphins’ rushing attack and make Chad Henne beat them through the air.
