The Jets enter this game winners of two straight and will take on a Bills team still searching for their first win. Mark Sanchez has been solid the past two weeks for the Jets, who will play on the road against a divisional opponent for the second straight week.
The Bills, meanwhile, got a lift from quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick last Sunday, even though they fell 38-30 to the Patriots. Fitzpatrick replaced Trent Edwards as the starter after Edwards was released earlier in the week. The Bills have been searching for more offensive firepower and they got it in a 30-point effort, even though they eventually lost.

Center Nick Mangold (shoulder) is also listed as questionable, while tackle Damien Woody (not injury related) and linebacker Jason Taylor (elbow) are probable. For the Bills, cornerback Terrence McGee (knee) and DE Marcus Stroud (ankle) are both out, while linebacker Paul Posluszny (knee) is probable.
