NFL Week 13 Line Movements

The Atlanta Falcons opened as 3-point favorites over the Tampa Bay Bucs but now the line has dropped to 2. Check out more NFL line movements in our 2010 NFL Week 13 Line Movement Report.

According to NFL Week 13 odds and oddsmakers from online sports book SBGGLOBAL.com, the Jaguars opened as a 3-point underdog against the Titans and that’s where the line current sits.

The Giants opened as 7.5-point favorites against their NFC East rivals the Redskins, but the line dropped to –7 earlier in the week. The over/under total is now 43 points after opening at 44.5.

The Dolphins opened as 4.5-point favorites over the Browns, but the line has since gone up to –5. According to latest NFL trends, Miami is 0-6 against the spread as a favorite of 3.5 to 9.5 points.

The Bears opened as a 3-point favorite over the Lions, but then the NFL injury report was released and it was discovered that Shaun Hill may be out for the rest of the season with an injury. Now the line is Chicago –5.

The Chiefs opened as 7.5-point favorites over the Broncos but the line has steadily gone up throughout the week. It’s now up to 9, while the over/under total is 48.5 after opening at 47.

The Packers opened as a 10-point favorite over the 49ers, but the line has dropped to 9, which is a little surprising given that Frank Gore will miss the rest of the season with an injury.

The Saints were 7-point favorites over the Bengals on Sunday, but bad weather in the Cincinnati area is presumably the reason the line has dropped to 6.5. Storms could limit what the Saints do offensively (or so the line of thinking goes).

The Vikings opened as 7-point favorites over the Bills, but the line has steadily dropped because Minnesota is unsure if Adrian Peterson will play. The line is now Vikings –5.5.

The Chargers opened as 13-point favorites over the Raiders and that’s where the point spread currently lies. The over/under opened at 46.5 points but has since dropped to 45.

The Seahawks opened as 6-point favorites over the Panthers but the line has since dropped to 5.5 at most books. We’re unsure of the reason for the drop, but it may have to do with the play of both teams last Sunday. (The Seahawks were crushed at home by the Chiefs, while the Panthers were narrowly beaten by the Browns in Cleveland.)

The Colts opened as 5-point favorites over the Cowboys on Sunday but the line has since risen to 5.5 despite Indianapolis’ long list of injuries. The over/under total is currently 47.5 after opening at 48.

The Cardinals opened as a 3-point underdog over the Rams but thanks to their dismal effort against the 49ers on Monday night, the line has since gone up to St. Louis –3.5.

The Ravens opened as a 3-point favorite over the Steelers on Sunday Night Football and that’s were the line currently sits. The over/under total for this game opened at 39.5, went up to 40 and is now back down to 39.5.

The Patriots opened as a 3.5-point favorite over the Jets for Monday Night Football but then the line dropped to 3. Now it’s back up to 3.5 and it could rise up to 4 by kickoff.
