Tulsa Golden Hurricane Game Notes
Davis Brin completed 20 of 31 attempts for 284 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions against Navy. Considered questionable coming in, Brin was able to play against the Midshipmen. It was his second straight game with multiple interceptions, but he also managed to toss a pair of scores unlike his previous game against Cincinnati. Tulsa comes off the bye to face Temple in Week 8.

Head coach Stan Drayton said Monday that Ian Stewart is sidelined with a “foot issue”, 247Sports.com reports. Stewart missed Thursday’s 70-13 loss to UCF while dealing with his foot issue, and it sounds like his Week 8 availability versus Tulsa is also up in the air. If the 6-foot-3 wideout is unable to suit up Friday, Adonicas Sanders, Jose Barbon and Amad Anderson should once again handle most of the team’s WR reps.
