Hunter Dickinson (illness) practiced on Wednesday, Anthony Broome of On3 Sports reports. Dickinson is expected to be ready to go for the Big Ten Tournament opener on Thursday against Indiana after missing last Saturday’s regular-season finale game against Ohio State with an illness. That should move Brandon Johns back to the bench. Dickinson likely needs to lead the Wolverines to one win the Big Ten Tournament to feel comfortable about making the NCAA Tournament.
