College Basketball Betting Trends
Georgia Tech
The Yellow Jackets are 6-2 ATS in their last eight Tuesday games. Georgia Tech is 2-6 ATS in its last eight road games.
Tennessee
The under is 7-1 in the last eight Volunteers non-conference games. The under is 7-3 in the last 10 Tennessee games overall.
Prediction:
The Volunteers should win over 20 games this season considering their talent, while Georgia Tech is projected to be around a .500 squad. What the Yellow Jackets have shown is a strong defense, which was the better part of their squad a season ago. Defense can keep games closer as an underdog and I see that happening here, at least for a half. As long as Georgia Tech can go into halftime within about a four to six-point margin, it will have a good shot at sticking around long enough to stay within the number. Take the underdogs here. Last season on their home court, the Yellow Jackets lost to Tennesee by a count of 77-70 and they should be improved this season.
PREDICTION: GEORGIA TECH +16
