The lone No. 1 seed to reach the 2010 Final Four is the Duke Blue Devils as they emerged victorious from the South Regional.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Sportsbook.com, Duke had 1/1 odds to reach the Final Four meaning at $100 bet on Duke will pay out an additional $100.
The Blue Devils have reached their first Final Four since 2004. Duke defeated No. 16 Arkansas-Pine Bluff 73-44 to open the tournament then went on to defeated No. 8 California 78-53. Duke beat No. 4 Purdue 70-57 to reach the regional final.
The regional championship was a 78-71 win over No. 3 Baylor. The Volunteers hot 51 percent in the loss, but Michigan State still found a way to win. The Blue Devils trailed three points at halftime, but a 46-36 second half allowed Duke to pick up the big win. Duke shot just 35 percent from the floor but was 11-of-23 from 3-point land. Nolan Smith had 29 points to lead the Duke effort while Jon Scheyer had 20 points.
