ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -Orlando Magic shooting guard Mickael Pietrus missed Sunday’s game against the Miami Heat with a sprained right wrist.
Pietrus was injured after crashing to the floor on a drive in the Magic’s 92-80 win over the Charlotte Bobcats on Friday night. He is listed as day to day.
Pietrus has started 21 of 31 games played this season, averaging 11.1 points and 3.2 rebounds per game. Courtney Lee, who replaced Pietrus in the starting lineup before the injury, will be asked to play more minutes along with backup J.J. Redick.
