According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Cleveland is the clear favorite to win this series, as the Cavs are getting odds of -1400 to win. The Raptors have been given a money line of +850 to prevail. Cleveland has the home-court-advantage in the series.
The Cavaliers are the top seed in the East after going 57-25 on the season, 24-17 on the road and 33-8 at home. Cleveland has swept the Detroit Pistons and Atlanta Hawks to start their playoff run. Toronto is the second seed in the East. The Raptors went 56-26 on the season, 24-17 on the road and 32-9 at home. The Raptors have beaten the Indiana Pacers and Miami Heat in seven games each.

These two teams met three times during the regular season, with the home team winning and covering the spread in all three meetings.
