Gray was spotted a two-run lead after the second inning but couldn’t hold on as he allowed three Brewers to cross the plate in the fourth inning. He also struck out three and walked three before being lifted in the fourth inning. It was Gray’s third start in a row that he had walked at least three batters. He takes a 3.54 ERA and looks to bounce back against the Phillies on the road Monday.

The 36-year-old posted a 3.06 ERA and a 1.15 WHIP before injuring his elbow. Gore, meanwhile, battled through five scoreless innings against the Giants last Sunday, striking out eight and producing a win.
