Two classic NHL rivals meet on Friday night as the St. Louis Blues host the Chicago Blackhawks at 8PM ET.
After a slow start, the Blackhawks have been playing well lately. They are 5-2-1 on the season and lead the Central Division by three points.
St. Louis has struggled from the start of the year, going just 2-1-2 and the Blues find themselves five points behind the Blackhawks, but they are 2-0-0 at home this season.
Here is my pick for tonight’s contest:
Chicago Blackhawks vs. St. Louis Blues, 8PM ET
The Blackhawks are 6-2 in their last eight meetings with the Blues while Chicago is also 14-2 in their last 16 games as an underdog.
St. Louis is just 1-4 in their last five against the Western Conference and 0-4 in their last four against the Central.
Chicago seems to be clicking right now and has a favorable line. I like the Blackhawks to pick up another win on Friday.
