Sharks-Red Wings Odds
The second round of the 2010 Stanley Cup Playoffs begin Thursday with the Detroit Red Wings meeting the San Jose Sharks in the Western Conference.

The Sharks are the top seed while the Red Wings are the No. 5 seed and San Jose is the slight favorite to win the series.
Oddsmakers from online sports book SPORTSBETTING.com have given San Jose a betting line of -150 to win this series while Detroit has been given a +120 line.
San Jose finished the year with 113 points as the Sharks won 51 games. San Jose scored 264 goals and allowed 215 to win the Pacific Division. The Sharks are seeking their first Western Conference and Stanley Cup championship this year. San Jose defeated Colorado in the first round of the playoffs, 4-2. San Jose won the last three games of the series, including the final two games where it scored five goals in each contest.
The Red Wings have won 11 Stanley Cups in the history of the franchise while also racking up six conference titles. Detroit finished the season with 102 points off 44 wins. The Red Wings scored 229 goals this season while allowing 216. Detroit is coming off a 4-3 series win over Phoenix, which just ended on Tuesday night. The Red Wings won three games in Phoenix and lost two games at home in the series. Three of the wins also saw the Red Wings score at least four goals.
