Redskins vs. Rams Odds

The Washington Redskins look to get back on track this weekend when they take on rookie Sam Bradford and a St. Louis Rams team that has yet to win a game.

Game Preview:

Despite leading 27-10 late in the third quarter, the Redskins were stunned by the Texans 30-27 in overtime last week as Matt Schaub threw for nearly 500 yards on Washington’s secondary. Donovan McNabb threw for 426 yards and a touchdown with no interceptions, but it wasn’t enough as the Skins dropped to 1-1 on the year.

They should have an easier time defending the pass this week against Bradford, who has thrown for three touchdowns in his first two games but also four interceptions. He’s also taken five sacks, although he’s showed signs of getting more comfortable with the offense each week. He nearly led the Rams to a win over the Cardinals in Week 1, although Washington will definitely be the best defense he’s faced to date.

Line Movement & Updated Odds:

Oddsmakers from online sports book Sportsbook.com listed the Rams as 3.5-point underdogs when the line opened and the spread remains +3.5. The over/under total is currently 39 after opening at 38.
