Jaguars at Colts, 1:00PM ET

According to oddsmakers from online sports book GT Bets, the Colts are now 4-point home favorites versus the Jaguars after the line opened at Indianapolis -8.5. The reason for the line movement is Luck’s status for the game. After barely practicing this week, Luck has been ruled out for today with a shoulder injury according to ESPN’s Chris Mortensen. Matt Hasselbeck will start in Luck’s place.

Browns at Chargers, 4:05PM ET

The Chargers have lost two straight road games after beating the Lions in their home opener Week 1. They’ll return home today to take on the 1-2 Browns and after opening as 7-point favorites, the Chargers are now only 6-point faves. With 62% of public wagers placed on San Diego, this line movement suggests sharp action on Cleveland.

Rams at Cardinals, 4:25PM ET

The 3-0 Cardinals are a popular public play this week, as 80% of public wagers have been placed on the home favorite. With that amount of action on Arizona, the line has gone from 6 to 7 in favor of the Cardinals. With their fierce pass rush, the Rams will certainly provide the Cardinals’ offense with their biggest test of the season. But St. Louis has been dreadful offensively over the past two weeks, scoring a combined 16 points against Washington and Pittsburgh, respectively.

Packers at 49ers, 4:25PM ET

Green Bay is 3-0 and coming off an impressive victory over Kansas City at Lambeau Field on Monday night. The Packers now travel cross-country to take on a reeling 49ers team that has been blown out in each of the last two weeks. Despite 79% of public backers betting on Green Bay, the line has gone from San Francisco +8.5 to the 49ers +7.5. Perhaps the sharps like the home dog.

Total to Watch: Eagles at Redskins, 1:00PM ET

The Redskins host the Eagles today at 1:00PM ET and despite heavy rains affecting the East Coast this week, the NFL has decided that the game will be played. The total has already dropped from 47.5 to 45 and could fall even farther the closer we get to kickoff.
