Denver defeated Indianapolis 31-24 in the season opener, but didn’t cover the 8-point spread. Kansas City suffered a 26-10 loss to the Tians at home, but was a 3-point favorite going into the game. Denver has won four straight over Kansas City.

Trends show that the Broncos are 6-2 against the spread in their last 8 against the Chiefs and 9-4 ATS in their last 13 against Kansas City at home. These two have hit the under in 5 of their last 7 meetings as well.

According to oddsmakers from BetDSI, Denver is the clear favorite in this game, as the Broncos have odds of -13 points against Kansas City. The over/under total for the game has been set at 51 points (View Matchup). The opening odds for this game had the Broncos favored by 14 points. The spread hit a low of 12.5 points before moving back to 13. The over/under total opened at 52 points but then quickly fell to 51.

Kansas City really came out flat against the Titans on Sunday. The Chiefs had just 245 yards of offense in the loss while allowing 405 yards to the Titans. Kansas City was held to 67 rushing yards in the loss with Jamaal Charles finishing with just 19 yards on seven carries. Alex Smith was 19 of 35 passing for 202 yards with three interceptions. Eric Berry led the Kansas City defense with 15 tackles.

Denver held on for a win over the Colts despite taking a 24-0 lead in the first half. The Broncos only finished with 361 yards of offense, as they cooled in the second half. Peyton Manning went 22 of 36 passing for 269 yards and three touchdowns. Julius Thomas caught seven passes for 104 yards and three touchdowns to lead the offense while Montee Ball had just 67 rushing yards on 23 carries. Rahim Moore led the defense with a pair of interceptions.

In terms of Injuries, Denver linebacker Nate Irving (leg) and guard Ben Garland (ankle) are both questionable for this game. Kansas City receiver Junior Hemingway (hip) and running back De’Anthony Thomas (hamstring) are both questionable for this game.
