The Buffalo Bills are still searching for their first win of the season and they look to get it when they head to Kansas City to face the Chiefs in Week 8.

The Bills are 0-6 on the season and 0-3 on the road while Kansas City is off to a 4-2 start to the year and the Chiefs are 3-0 at home. The Bills have won 7 of the last 11 meetings with Kansas City, including the last two games in Kansas City.

Oddsmakers from online sportsbook SBGGLOBAL have made the Chiefs a 7.5-point favorite at home against the Bills. The over/under has been set at 46.

The opening point spread odds haven’t changed much as the Chiefs opened at -7.5. It stayed that way most of the week but did get up to -8 for a short time. The over/under opened at 43.5, but has climbed up all week to 46.

Kansas City ended a two-game losing streak with a 42-20 win over Jacksonville last weekend. The Chiefs have posted at least 21 points in all three games at home and held opponents to an average of 14.6 points per-game in those contests. The Chiefs have been led by the tandem of Jamaal Charles and Thomas Jones, who have combined for 950 rushing yards and five touchdowns while Matt Cassel has thrown for 1,044 yards and nine touchdowns. Derrick Johnson is leading the K.C. defense with 49 tackles and one interception.

Buffalo has dropped it last two games by 10 points or less and five of their six losses are by that margin. The Bills have scored at least 30 points in their last two road games. On the year, the Bills average 20.2 points per game, but the defense is giving up an average of 33 points per game, which ranks last in the NFL. Ryan Fitzpatrick has played well this season for Buffalo as he has 977 passing yards with 11 touchdowns in just four games. Steve Johnson has caught 25 passes for 372 yards and five touchdowns while Donte Whitner has led the defense with 54 tackles.

The favorite is 4-0 against the spread in the last four meetings between the Chiefs and Bills, although Buffalo is 5-1 ATS in their last six meetings with KC and 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings on the road.

Buffalo defensive tackle Kyle Williams is questionable on Saturday with an ankle injury while Kansas City receiver Dexter McCluster is doubtful o play with an ankle injury and Chris Chambers is probable with a finger injury.
