NFL Week 3 Vegas Odds
What odds are Vegas’ linemakers giving in Week 3 of the NFL? Read on to find out.
One of the key differences between the online bookmakers and the Vegas’ bookmakers this week has been in the totals. The totals are a half point to a full point different between online and in Vegas. (See a complete list of online odds here.)
The side is also different between the online books and Vegas books in the New York Jets–Miami Dolphins game. Oddsmakers from online sports book Sportsbook.com have installed the Jets as a 1-point road underdog, but Vegas has the Dolphins listed as a 2.5-point favorite.
The New England Patriots are a 13.5-point favorite at Vegas but opened at –13 against the Buffalo Bills online. Vegas also has the Baltimore Ravens at –10 against the Cleveland Browns, but Sportsbook has the line set at –11.
One other key difference is the total in the Monday night game between the Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears. Online the total is sitting at 45.5, but Vegas has the over/under at 46.5.
Granted, the odds online and the odds in Vegas will be similar closer to kickoff on Sunday, but if you’re an early shopper you can take advantage of some of the differences between these books.
