Chad Pennington will start for Miami and while the veteran has won plenty of games during his career, he hasn’t taken a snap in a meaningful game since early last season. That means the Dolphins will probably keep the ball on the ground with Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams and out of the hands of Moss, Kerry Collins (who will start for Vince Young) and Chris Johnson. This is a tough side to pick because Miami is due to win a game at home, but Tennessee is playing great on the road and is coming off a bye. That’s why our pick is the under, which is 5-0 in the last five meetings between these two teams in Miami and 4-1 in the last five meetings overall.
