NFC West rivals clash onSunday at Candlestick Park when the San Francisco 49ers host the St.Louis Rams at 4:15PM ET.
The Rams fell to 0-3 onthe season after losing to the Packers 36-17 last Sunday as a 6.5-pointunderdog. Kyle Boller threw for 164 yards and two touchdowns afterreplacing Marc Bulger, who suffered an injury and was knocked out of thegame. Steven Jackson rushed for 117 yards on 27 carries in the loss.
The 49ers lost aheartbreaker to the Vikings, 27-24, but managed to cover the spread as a7-point underdog. Shaun Hill threw for 195 yards and two touchdowns inthe loss, while Vernon Davis caught seven passes for 96 yards and twotouchdowns.
Oddsmakers from online sports book Sportsbook.com have made the 49ers 10-point home favorites over the Rams. The over/under totalfor this game has been established at 37.
San Fran suffered a hugeblow to its offense last week Frank Gore suffered an injury that willkeep him out for the next couple weeks. That means rookie Glen Coffeewill carry the full rushing load for the Niners.
