When college football fans think of Houston, they think of Greg Ward Jr. and the Cougars’ high-powered offense, and with good reason. But Houston’s defense continues to be overshadowed. The Cougars have held opponents scoreless in six consecutive quarters and lead the nation with a plus-15 turnover margin. Thanks to the likes of Steven Taylor, Elandon Roberts, Adrian McDonald and William Jackson III, Houston’s defense hasn’t allowed a point in the second half of the team’s last three games. Both of these teams can score, but Houston has the capability of shutting down Cincinnati’s high-powered offense. This line should be closer to 10.
