The 13^th week of the 2009 College Football Season has some big in-state rivalries taking place on Saturday.

Clemson has the explosive player C.J. Spiller, who can score on any offensive play or on any kick return. In a game that should be low scoring due to two tough defenses meeting up, a player like Spiller will likely be the game changer. Look for him to break a big score to give the Tigers a win and a cover on Saturday.

Georgia, 8PM ET

Georgia Tech has a running game that just can’t be stopped. The Yellowjackets will be able to move the ball effectively with quarterback Josh Nesbitt, who can run and throw. The Bulldogs have struggled against physical teams all season, and Saturday should be no different against Tech, which is one of the hottest teams in the country.

The Utes lone losses come against TCU and

Stanford -10 vs. Notre Dame, 8PM ET

The wheels look to be coming off for Notre Dame as Charlie Weis seems set to be coaching his final regular season game with the Irish on Saturday. Stanford was already the better team, but now the Cardinal are coming off a loss last week to California, and should be motivated to bounce back. Look for Toby Gerhart to run wild over a weak Irish defense as Stanford rolls past Notre Dame.
