Gonzaga suffered its first loss of the season last Saturday by a count of 76-73 against Tennessee in the Jerry Colangelo Classic. College Basketball Betting Trends
The Bulldogs are 6-1 ATS in their last seven games following an ATS loss. Gonzaga is 4-1 ATS in its last five Saturday games.
The Tar Heels are 1-4-2 ATS in their last seven home games. North Carolina is 1-3-1 ATS in its last five games overall.
North Carolina got a breather against UNC-Wilmington after its lopsided loss to Michigan. The Bulldogs are obviously closer in talent level to U of M than UNC-Wilmington, but being at home as opposed to in Ann Arbor should push the Tar Heels over the top. Tennessee exposed some of Gonzaga’s flaws and I think the Tar Heels will look to exploit those weaknesses as well, even if they are minimal. Go with UNC to make a statement on its home floor.
