College Basketball Betting Trends
Furman
The Paladins are 5-1 ATS in their last six road games versus a team with a winning home record. Furman is 4-1 ATS in its last five road games.
LSU
The Tigers are 2-5 ATS in their last seven home games. LSU is 1-9-1 ATS in its last 11 Friday games.
Prediction:
I’ve faded Furman some as a big favorite and had success in a couple spots, but I actually like the Paladins as an underdog here. Just like the big Villanova upset, this game will be a proving ground for them and a chance to gain solid seeding in March as long as they make the NCAA Tournament. LSU is favored for a reason, but expect Furman to keep it close and within the number.
