The premiere game of Saturdayβs round has top-seeded Kentucky facing a tough test in No. 8 Iowa State at 7:45PM ET (View Matchup). Oddsmakers have the Wildcats as a big favorite, with a point spread of -11 while the over/under total has been set at 140 points. Kentucky is 33-2 on the season and 6-1 on a neutral floor while Iowa State is 23-10 overall and 3-1 on a neutral floor. Kentucky is just 12-21-1 against the spread while Iowa State is 19-9-1 ATS. These teams have no recent meetings but Iowa State is 6-1 ATS in its last seven while Kentucky has failed to cover in its last four.
Another game of interest on Saturday has No. 4 Wisconsin facing off with No. 5 Vanderbilt at 6:10PM ET (View Matchup). Despite being the higher seed, Vanderbilt is a 1-point favorite in this game according to oddsmakers, while the over/under total has been set at 121.5 points. Vanderbilt is 25-10 on the season and 6-0 on a neutral floor while Wisconsin is 25-9 overall and 4-1 at a neutral site. Vandy is 18-13 against the spread this season while Wisconsin is 17-14 ATS. The Commodores have covered the spread in their last four while Wisconsin is 3-1 ATS in its last four.
