ANAHEIM, CA (TheSpread) – The West Region is stacked with solid teams in its Final Four, as the remaining teams are all ranked in the top 5 of the region. Here is a look at the remaining odds for the region.

Duke is still the favorite to win another Region according to oddsmakers from online sportsbook SBGGLOBAL.com as the Blue Devils have 5/7 odds to win. Other odds to win this region are San Diego State (13/4), Connecticut (13/4), and Arizona (9/1).

Duke is the top seed in the region and the Blue Devils are coming off a 73-71 scare against Michigan on Sunday. Duke also rolled Hampton 87-45 in its opener. Duke will now face Arizona in the regional semifinal.

San Diego State is the No. 2 seed in the region and it defeated Northern Colorado and Temple to reach the Sweet Sixteen. The Aztecs won a double overtime thriller with the Owls by a score of 71-64. San Diego State will now face Connecticut in the regional semifinal.

UConn is the No. 3 seed in the region as the Huskies beat Bucknell 81-52 and beat Cincinnati 69-58. Of the remaining teams, the Huskies have the largest combined margin of victory over their opponents.

Arizona is the No. 5 seed and it defeated Memphis 77-75 in the second round and then edged 4th-seeded Texas on Sunday, 70-69 to advance to meet Duke.
