(TheSpread) – March Madness is down to the Sweet Sixteen and the remaining No. 1 seeds are now favored to win the NCAA Championship.

Of the 68 teams that started, just 16 remain, with all No. 1 seeds left except for Pittsburgh, which lost in the third round of the tournament on Saturday.

Ohio State, Duke, and Kansas are all equally favored to win the tournament according to oddsmakers from online sportsbook Bodog.com as each has 5/2 odds to win the tournament.

Ohio State is the top overall seed and the top seed in the East Region. The Buckeyes got past UTSA and George Mason, winning both games by a combined 61 points. OSU will face Kentucky in the Sweet Sixteen.

Duke is the No. 1 seed in the West Region and it defeated Hampton and Michigan to reach the regional semifinals. The Blue Devils edged the Wolverines 73-71 in their last game and they will now face Arizona in the Sweet Sixteen.

Kansas is the top seed in the Southwest Region. The Jayhawks beat Boston and Illinois by a combined 33 points. The Jayhawks have the easiest road to the Final Four as the remaining seeds in their region are 12, 11, and 10. Kansas will face Richmond in the Sweet Sixteen.
