Big 12 Tournament Odds
KANSAS CITY, MO (TheSpread) – The 2011 Big 12 Tournament takes place with 12 teams for the final time starting on Wednesday, and the tournament has two clear favorites.

The Big 12 Tournament has four rounds with the bottom eight seeds playing Wednesday and the four winners advancing to the quarterfinals with the top four seeds on Thursday. The title game for this tournament is Saturday.
The favorites to win this tournament are both Kansas and Texas as they both have 1/1 odds to win according to oddsmakers from online sportsbook Sportsbook.com. Kansas State also has short odds with 7/2 odds.
Kansas went 14-2 in Big 12 play this year and is the top seed for the tournament. The Jayhawks are 29-2 overall. Kansas has won this tournament seven times, most of any team in the conference.
Texas was 13-3 in conference play this year and is the third seed. The Longhorns are 25-6 overall. Texas has yet to win the tournament title, losing in the championship game five times.
Kansas State struggled early this season but managed to get to 10-6 in conference play and earn the third seed. K-State is 22-9 overall and it has never won the tournament title, making the finals just once, in the 2010 tournament.
