2010 Updated NBA Eastern Conference Odds To Win – Cavaliers Favored

The second round for the 2010 Eastern Conference Playoffs is finally set and the Cleveland Cavaliers are still favored to win the conference title.

Oddsmakers from online sports book BroburySports.com have given

Cleveland 1/3 odds to win the East. Other short odds to win are
Orlando (5/2),
Boston (8/1), and

Atlanta (10/1).

The Cavaliers are the top seed in the East and they made short work of the Chicago Bulls in the opening round of the playoffs as the Cavs won the series in five games.
Cleveland will now face No. 4

Boston in the second round. The Celtics are coming off a 4-1 series win over No. 5

Miami. The Cavaliers reached the conference finals a year ago before bowing out to

Orlando.

Boston won the NBA Championship in 2008. The Cavaliers currently have a 1-0 series lead over the Celtics.

Orlando reached the NBA Finals a year ago and the Magic reached the second round after sweeping

Charlotte in the first round. The Magic will now face No. 3
Atlanta, which is coming off a hard-fought seven-game series with

Milwaukee in the opening round. The Hawks have not won a NBA title since 1958 and haven’t reached the finals since 1961.
