Oddsmakers from online sports book SBGGLOBAL have given Gordon Hayward a betting line of +124 to become the No. 8 pick while North Carolina’s Ed Davis has a line of +200, Paul George of Fresno State a line of +275, and Wake Forest’s Al-Farouq Aminu a line of +400

The Clippers will get an added bonus this year as last year’s No. 1 pick, Blake Griffin will join the team after missing last season with an injury. The Clippers would like to match a forward or guard with Griffin and center Chris Kaman, but if Aminu was still around with this pick, they could opt for him to provide depth.

Aminu played two seasons with Wake Forest and last season the 6-9, 215-pound forward averaged 15.8 points and 10.7 rebounds for the Demon Deacons. His shooting percentage was just 44.7 and he also averaged 3.2 turnovers per-game.

Davis, a 6-10 forward from UNC played two seasons with the Tar Heels. Last year he averaged 12.9 points and 9.2 rebounds per-game. Davis shot 57.8 percent from the floor and also added 2.7 blocks per-game. Davis may not be available with this pick, which is why his odds may not be higher.

Hayward was the star of the Cinderella Butler team this past season. The 6-9 guard-forward played two seasons for the Bulldogs and last year he averaged 15.5 points and 8.2 rebounds per-game. Hayward shot 46.4 percent from the field and 82.9 percent from the free throw line.

George is a 6-8 combo played that also played just two seasons at his college, Fresno State. Last season George averaged 16.8 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per-game. George shot 42.4 percent from the floor and 90.9 percent from the free throw line.
