Guardians acquired RHP Noah Syndergaard and cash considerations from the Dodgers for SS Amed Rosario. Syndergaard wasn’t going to have a role in Los Angeles’ pitching plans down the stretch so he’s been jettisoned to Cleveland where he might get an opportunity to pitch.
