Milwaukee Brewers DFS SPIN
Joey Wiemer homered Monday against the Nationals to extend his hitting streak to five games. Wiemer was on the bench in three out of four games from July 20-23, but he’s started six of seven since. With Sal Frelick up and now Mark Canha joining the team, Wiemer is going to need to hit in order to stay in the lineup. He’s the Brewers’ best defensive center fielder, but Frelick is fine there, too.
Washington Nationals DFS SPIN
Joey Meneses led the Nationals past the Brewers by going 3-4 with a homer, a double and three RBI in a 5-3 game Monday. Meneses finishes July with six homers and an .863 OPS, making it easily his best month to date this season. He hasn’t been talked about much in trade rumors, and odds are that he’ll stay put tomorrow, since even though he’s 31 and he’s been just a league-average hitter this year, his minimum salary makes him particularly valuable to the Nationals

Brewers vs. Nationals MLB BETTING PREDICTION
Peralta is 6-8 with a 4.46 ERA and matched his career high last Wednesday when he struck out 13 against the Reds. Over his last three outings, he tossed a pair of six shutout innings against the Reds but was bullied by the Braves to the tune of six runs on six hits over five innings. In five career games – three starts – against Washington, Peralta is 2-2 with a 7.29 ERA. As for Gray, he’s 7-8 on the year with a 3.27 ERA and over his past two starts, he’s 1-0 while allowing a total of just one run on six hits over 13 innings. I’m going to take a flier on the Nats.
