The Royals are listed with a money line of -105 to win, while the over/under total has been set at 9.5 runs.
Detroit is 63-57 overall, 33-24 at home and 59-55-6 with the over. Boston is 67-52 overall, 29-25 on the road and 59-55-5 with the over. The Tigers swept the Red Sox in Boston back in late July, but things have been turning on Detroit since then. The road team has won five of the last six between these two.
