The Rangers have the home-field advantage in the AL with a 95-67 record. Texas was 53-28 at home and 42-39 on the road this season. They had just a +8 run differential despite the top record.

Boston is the third seed in the AL at 93-69, but won the AL East. They were 47-34 at home and 46-35 on the road while putting up an impressive +184 run differential in 2016. That number was tops in the AL and second in the Majors.

The Indians won the AL Central at 94-67 and have the second-best record in the AL. The Indians were 53-28 at home and 41-39 on the road this season. They had a +101 run differential this year.

The Blue Jays are set to host the Orioles in the Wild Card game on Tuesday night at 8 p.m. Both teams went 89-73 on the season. Toronto was 46-35 at home while Baltimore was 39-42 on the road. The road team has actually won five of the last seven between these two.
