The goodies aren't anything special just some drinks and maybe a Dinner comp but not worth a cab fare. 😀
The local spots are the casinos that cater to the locals in Vegas, the local casinos are much different than the places on the strip and are geared more for getting the locals in the door with cheap meals, movies theaters etc.
Generally speaking you are gonna find better lines downtown then on the strip. During Super Bowl though you aren't going to want to be going all over the place you are just gonna wanna plop down somewhere and enjoy the game.
My two favorite places to watch a game are either the Hilton or the Venetian.
My favorite buffet is at the Wynn, I could eat that shit every day.
One of my favorite asian restaurants in the world is Noodle Asia in the Venetian (which happens to be right next to the sports book).
Favorite steakhouse is Craftsteak in MGM.

I lived in Vegas for almost 20 years and I did everything possible to avoid the strip except getting in and out of the books.
I haven't been back in about 5 years and doubt most of the restaurants I liked are even around anymore except FatBurger. ;D

I'm a tourist bro, I only have a small window to hit up the hot spots.
Big fan of Fatburger. They got a couple around here recently and I hit them up regularly. I love the triple king burger but you can only have about 1 of those a year of you want to live past 40. Their milkshakes are dope too.
One thing I want out here real bad is a Carl's Jr. There isn't even one within 3 states away to hit 🙁
