Although Mark Cavendish was the talk of stage 14, Briton Chris Froome maintained his overall lead and remains favored to win the Tour de France.

Riding for Team Dimension Data, Cavendish won a sprint finish ahead of Alexander Kristoff and Peter Sagan in stage 14 on Saturday. It was Cavendish’s fourth stage win of the 2016 Tour de France Tour and his 30th overall victory, which place him just four behind the record of five-time Tour winner Eddy Merckx.
