Public loves Duke, MSU on Friday
LAS VEGAS, NV (The Spread) – Public bettors love Duke and Michigan State in their respective Sweet 16 matchups on Friday night.

According to our College Basketball Public Betting page, 77% of public bettors currently favor the Blue Devils in their 9:45PM ET matchup with Utah. Duke is currently a 5-point favorite after opening as a 4.5-point fave.
At 10:07PM ET, 76% of public bettors like Michigan State to cover the 1.5-points versus Oklahoma despite the Sooners being the higher seed. The Spartans did open as a 2.5-point favorite before the line dropped.
The other two Sweet 16 matchups are relatively split among public bettors. The public favors N.C. State +2.5 over Louisville at 7:35PM ET and 59% of bettors favor Gonzaga to cover as an 8.5-point favorite versus UCLA.
