American Ethanol 225 Odds
JOLIET, IL (TheSpread) – The 2012 Camping World Truck Series will drive under the lights of Chicagoland Speedway on Saturday for the running of the American Ethanol 225.
According to oddsmakers, Timothy Peters is the favorite to win this race, as he has 11/2 odds. Other short odds to win are James Buescher (6/1), Johnny Sauter (13/2) and Ron Hornaday (13/2).
Peters is the current points leader in the truck series. He has one win and six top 5’s in nine races. He has the most top 5’s of any driver this year.
Buescher is fourth in the point standings. He is 40 points out of first. Buescher has two wins this year, most of any driver. He also has four top 5’s.
Sauter is 11th in the point standings. He is 93 points out of first. He has one win and three top 5’s on the year.
Hornaday Jr is seventh in the point standings. He is 57 points out of first place and is winless on the year with just two top 5’s.
