Sam’s Town 300 Odds
LAS VEGAS, NV (TheSpread) – The 2011 NASCAR Nationwide Series will race in the desert heat of Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Saturday for the Sam’s Town 300.
This week’s race continues to feature some of the best drivers in the Sprint Cup Series, but the usual suspect is favored to win the race.
According to oddsmakers at online sports book SBGGLOBAL.com, Kyle Busch is favored to win with 3/2 odds while other short odds to win are Denny Hamlin (3/1) and Carl Edwards (7/2)
Busch has never won this event but he already has one win in two Nationwide races this year. Busch has an average finish of 5.0 over the last two years. He has 44 career wins in 204 starts on the Nationwide series.
Hamlin has never won the race, but he has 10 career Nationwide victories in 123 career races. His average finish in his four Nationwide races last year was 5.2.
Edwards has also not won this race, but he has 29 wins in 213 career Nationwide starts. His average finish in two races this year is 15.5.
