With just four teams remaining, the team that entered as the favorite, Kentucky, still remains the favorite to win the regional and advance to the Final Four.

Oddsmakers from online sports book BroburySports.com have made Kentucky a 5/8 favorite to win the East Regional. Other odds to win are West Virginia (21/10), Washington (6/1), and Cornell (7/1).

Top seed Kentucky is 34-2 on the year after a pair of impressive wins over East Tennessee State and Wake Forest in the first two rounds. The Wildcats are now the favorite to win the NCAA title with Kansas no longer in the picture. The Wildcats will face Cornell on Thursday at 9:57PM ET.

11th-seeded Washington is 26-9 on the year now. The Huskies have won nine straight games now heading into Thursday’s matchup with WVU. The Huskies defeated Marquette 80-78 in the opening round and then ran New Mexico in an 82-64 win.

12th-seeded Cornell is 29-4 on the year after its two wins in the tournament. This is the first Sweet Sixteen appearance for the Big Red as they easily defeated Temple and Wisconsin, winning each game by 13 points or more. The Big Red now face top seed Kentucky on Thursday night.
