Devils having success at home
NEWARK, NJ (The Spread) – The Devils have been solid at home of late and will host the Coyotes tonight at 7:00PM ET.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Devils are -165 money line home favorites versus the Coyotes, who are +149 money line underdogs. New Jersey opened as -195 money line favorites but the line dropped to -165, while Arizona’s odds went from +175 to +149.
The Devils are 6-1 in their last seven home games and 4-1 in their last five games following a win. They’re also 7-3 in their last 10 home games versus the Coyotes while the home team is 5-1 in the last six meetings between these two teams overall.
On the other side, the Coyotes are winless at 0-4 in their last four games versus Eastern Conference foes and 5-12 in their last 17 games on Monday. They’re also 0-4 in their last four games versus a team with a losing record and 3-8 in their last 11 games playing on one day of rest.
