Will Kings get their revenge on Blues?
LOS ANGELES, CA (The Spread) – Will the Kings get their revenge on the Blues from Tuesday night’s loss when these two teams meet again tonight at 10:30PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Kings are -135 money line favorites over the Blues, who are +122 money line road underdogs for tonight’s game. As for the total, it opened at 5.5 and that’s where the number currently sits after the over hit in St. Louis’ 5-2 win on Tuesday.
Despite their victory over the Kings earlier this week, the Blues have had plenty of issues versus L.A. in the recent past. St. Louis is just 5-17 in its last 22 games versus Los Angeles overall and a brutal 1-10 in its last 11 road games versus the Kings. The home team is also 5-1 in the last six meetings between these two teams.
The Kings, meanwhile, are 8-1 in their last nine games in the second game of a home-and-home situation and 4-1 in their last five games versus a team with a win percentage above .600. They’re also 6-2 in their last eight games after scoring two goals or less in their previous contest.
