Over cashing in Senators vs. Habs
MONTREAL, QUEBEC (The Spread) – In a matchup that repeatedly has cashed the over, the Canadiens will host the Senators in Game 2 of the Conference Quarterfinals tonight at 7:00PM ET.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book GT Bets, the Canadiens are -135 money line favorites versus the Senators, who are +122 money line underdogs for tonight’s game. As for the total, it opened at 5 and that’s where the number currently sits.
The over is 5-0-1 in the last six meetings between these two teams in Montreal and 7-1-1 in the last nine meetings overall. The over is also 4-0-1 in the Habs’ last five home games and 6-1-4 in their last 11 games overall.
On the other side, the over is 3-0-1 in the Senators’ last four Conference Quarterfinals games and 5-2-2 in their last nine games played on Friday.
